For our software developing customers, SirValUse offers support throughout the whole development process: From requirements analysis, conceptual design, prototyping, to user experience tests.
Especially within the context of B2B-software it is important to know well the users' requirements (their goals, collaboration at work etc). At this point, we support you with e.g. contextual inquires, and observe your users while they are working. As a result, we deliver to you aggregated task processes, goals, communication flows, used tools, problems, and positive experiences.
In the B2C context, we have a similar approach: We visit your users at home to gain insights into their usage contexts and requirements.
From these data, we could create personas and use cases, which you can use to focus your further development.
In this phase it is often useful to combine an expert review of your system with 4-5 interviews at the workplace.
During your conceptual design phase, we support you with creating interaction flows, information architecture, menu structure etc.
Using an agile and iterative approach, we test your prototypes when a mayor step has been reached, either in our labs, at workplaces, or online.
If your system has reached a functional state, we conduct thorough user experience tests.
