An international company's success depends on its products being successful in an international market. This in turn, depends on the requirements of their international customers being met. Regarding the usability of an interface this means: Develop for global users and adapt interfaces to suit the local requirements.

At present, we generate about 30 to 40 per cent of our turnover via international usability testing. In these tests, we assess user interfaces, used all over the world by our customers for utility and usability with due consideration of local circumstances.

We are a founding member of the international network "UXalliance" (UXa) in which five leading usability agencies from Europe and the USA have joined together, which has resulted in the following advantages for our international projects:

For studies that are to be conduced, e.g. in UK, Germany, Japan and/or USA, we are able to prepare a quote within 48 hours. As a rule and depending on the participants, the study duration is four to ten weeks.
